Sunshine Pops Orchestra: A Tribute to Frankie Valli

The Florida Sunshine Pops Orchestra's final show of this season was a Tribute to Frankie Valli. Charles Calello, musical arranger and one-time singer with the Four Seasons, conducted the Sunshine Pops. Accompanying the orchestra was "Oh What a Night" a Four Seasons' impersonator group. Rob Hyatt, Brandon Albright, Paul Holmquist and George Solomon sound and look like the original Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons': I up-dated my web site http://www.gorback.com/ with some photographs from the performance. Sorry I could not add sound. With the success of the play Jersey Boys, there has been a strong Frankie Valli revival.

Next year's Sunshine Pops schedule is available from Sunset Entertainment. Sunset Entertainment has one more opera presentation, Madama Butterfly, on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts at 8:00 pm.
