The last week of February and the beginning of March were very busy for Ronni and me. On Wednesday, I had the opportunity to photograph the Gold Coast Opera's presentation of Barber of Seville, by Rossini, conducted by Thomas Cavendish, the opera's director and founder. This is their 30th season. Thursday, was a beautiful presentation of the ballet Coppelia by the Moscow Festival Ballet, presented by Dr. Joseph Ferrer's International Ballet Company. I noted that the prima ballerina had orthodontic appliances. Friday, took us to Vail, Colorado to visit my sister Marilyn, and ski for 3 days. The day after arriving home, I photographed The New Theatre's production of Equus. Ricky Martinez, theatre director, along with his cast and staff did a wonderful production of Peter Shaffer's controversial play from the 1970's. It's fun photographing and sharing these events.
